Mother's Day was extra special for one mother + daughter duo currently residing in our shelter thanks to this special lady! Tamika Collins, founder of Hands Anointed 4 U, gave them an entire day of pampering including hair, make-up, AND new outfits! Thank you, Tamika, for showing them love and reminding them of their beauty inside and out.
